Along the Drakensberg escarpment in Mpumalanga, South Africa, there is a place called God’s Window. A path leads away from it, up the hill. A mysterious place (if it there are not to many people), and not only because of it's name.
Hallerbos, the forest of Halle, close to Brussels, is famous for it's bluebells carpet. We were unfortunately to early for those gorgeous little flowers. However, we were smack in the middle of the wood anemone bloom. Add that we were there at dusk, with very special light, and that the forest was close to deserted, and you get some magical, moody conditions to shoot.
