Biography

I believe color was my first language and once I met my first teacher of drawing and painting who introduced me to a beautiful new world and to the creative legacy of western art......at 15 I knew why I was here...my motto is "Painters Paint." My life is centered on creating new art I'm never sure I truly understand an idea,experience or principal until I get it down on paper or canvas or scrap lumber...

My Art is the Temple of my Understanding ; the under lying theme of all I create is the the constant dance of spirit and matter. Life is movement and to create that tension to hint pictorially of the constant shift from one state to the next is my goal.

I have a new Epson 4800 printer with Archival Inks and am making Geclee Prints on canvas and watercolor paper sizes 5"x7" up to 16"x20".
